Overview

In response to the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, the company aims to facilitate Chinese students' study opportunities in various countries, enhance marketing efforts, and appeal to a wider pool of prospective students.

Problems

Due to the impact of COVID-19, Coach Academy recognized the need for an online education platform to accommodate students who were unable to travel to Japan. In order to mitigate the effects of the pandemic on the company, it was decided that a website would be developed.

Goal

Even Chinese who couldn't come to Japan can still study in China mainland. At the same time, they can improve company benefits, expand marketing, and use CRM to analyze customers' needs and provide them with suitable lessons.
